Everyday Creativity

Giving yourself space to create is an act of freedom.

Are you longing for more creativity in your life? Do you have paints and brushes at home that you haven’t used in a long time? Would you like to create your own wordless language through art?

In my courses, you’ll dive into your creative expression – releasing the blocks that hold you back from expressing yourself freely, while finding ways to heal and ground your nervous system. And you’ll create beautiful, meaningful art along the way.

Take a look at the available courses, and feel free to email me if you have any questions.

Vedic Art Foundation Course

The Vedic Art method was founded in 1988 by Curt Källman in Sweden. The word "Vedic" originates from the Indian Sanskrit word "Veda" which means knowledge or wisdom. The fundamental view of Vedic Art is that we all have great creative power and knowledge within ourselves from birth. Painting is an important tool to unfold these inner resources so that they can be used in a concrete way in life and in arts. The only way to access the content of the Vedic Art course and the Seventeen Principles is to attend a Vedic Art course held by a Vedic Art teacher. The method requires no prior knowledge. Everyone is welcome!

In the Vedic Art Foundation Course you will paint freely without pressure to perform. In this restorative art course, you will receive tools to listen inward, follow your creative impulse, and develop your unique artistic language.

I teach both in english and swedish.

Next course coming up in summer 2026. Email me for more information!

Wordless Expression Through Art:
A Creative Healing Space

This is a space for you if you’ve been through things that are hard to put into words.

In this course we create a space where you can meet yourself – through creativity.

This is a gentle but honest space. A space where nothing needs to be performed or explained. Where you can express what you carry without needing the right words.

Through intuitive painting, simple creative practices and journaling, you’ll be guided to release what’s been held inside, reconnect with your creativity, and create space for yourself, just as you are.

You don’t need any previous experience with art.
You don’t need to be “good” at anything.
You only need a willingness to show up.

What you can expect

– A safe and supportive space to express yourself
– Guided creative exercises and intuitive painting
– Tools such as journaling and repetitive/meditative art (e.g. mandala) to support your nervous system
– Space to explore emotions without pressure to share
– A slower pace where you can reconnect with yourself

This space is not therapy

It’s a creative and supportive environment for self-exploration.

If you are currently in a very fragile place, or in need of deeper therapeutic support, I gently encourage you to seek that alongside or before joining this space.

You are always responsible for your own process, and invited to move at your own pace.

This space may be for you if you:

– long for a space where you can just be
– want to process through creativity rather than only words
– feel the need to reconnect with yourself
– are open to exploring what you carry in a gentle but honest way

You are welcome exactly as you are

This is a small and intimate online experience, held live via Zoom.

Dates:
May 23–24 & May 30–31

Time:
09:30 – 12:00 (CET) each day

1500 SEK

Between sessions, you are invited to continue your process in your own time.

What people say

“Frida has such a calm and professional attitude where you feel completely held and seen. She’s the perfect balance of organised and peacefully creative in a way where I feel that I don’t need to push myself to be creative, rather letting it softly pour out. I felt these qualities being transmitted to me just by being in her presence.”

Caroline Pehrson

“I highly recommend creativity courses with Frida! I did the Artist’s Way with her, and found it amazing how she inspired me to explore my creativity and discover what I really connect with and what feels like ‘me’. I was also greatly inspired by Frida’s approach to colour, movement and aesthetic. Since the course , I’ve reconnected to my love for flowers, patterns, and colours, and I find joy in them in everyday life.”
