Wordless Expression

Through Art:

A Course in Creative Healing

This is a space where you can meet yourself –
through creativity

Have you gone through trauma or grief recently? Do you see a counsellor or a therapist but you still feel like there is more inside you to express? Do you feel like words aren’t really enough? Do you long for more creativity in your life?

Through intuitive painting, simple creative practices and journaling, you will be guided to reconnect with your creativity, and to explore and deepen your own wordless language through art.

This is also a space for you to create time just for yourself.

You don’t need any previous experience with art.
Just a willingness to explore your creativity and to show up – to yourself.

This is a small and intimate online experience, held live via Zoom.

Dates:
May 29–31

Time:
Friday: 17:00–20:00 (CET)
Saturday & Sunday: 09:00–12:00 (CET)

About me

I work with creativity as a way to explore, process and reconnect.

I have a background in painting, Butoh-dance and creative practices such as Vedic Art and The Artist’s Way. As much as you can make great art for the galleries and homes, or perform in a theatre, creating can also be a way of moving through life, especially during more difficult periods.

Over the past years, I’ve gone through experiences that have been both challenging and life-changing. During that time, creativity became an even more important support than before. It gave me a way to express what I couldn’t always put into words, and a way to stay connected to myself.

This is what I want to share through in this course.

What I offer is a structured and supportive environment where you can explore your own process through creativity.

My role is to guide, hold the space and offer tools.
Your role is to meet yourself – in creativity – at your own pace.

You are welcome as you are.

This space is not therapy

It’s a creative and supportive environment to express yourself freely.

If you are currently in a very fragile place, or in need of deeper therapeutic support, I gently encourage you to seek that alongside or before joining this space.

You are always responsible for your own process, and invited to move at your own pace.

“I had the pleasure of taking the course with Frida. From the very beginning, she created a space that felt safe, supportive, and deeply nurturing. Her presence is warm and genuine, and she has a natural ability to make each participant feel seen and held throughout the process. Exploring an artist’s path can often feel vulnerable, but with Frida’s gentle guidance, it became an inspiring and empowering journey.

What stood out most to me was her sensitivity and intuition. She doesn’t just teach the material—she embodies it. Her way of guiding the group felt both grounded and uplifting, allowing creativity to unfold naturally without pressure. I always felt encouraged to trust my own voice and pace, which made a huge difference in how deeply I could engage with the course.

Frida has a special gift for holding space in a way that fosters both personal growth and creative exploration. I came away feeling inspired, more connected to my artistic self, and grateful for the experience.

I can wholeheartedly recommend her courses to anyone who is looking to reconnect with their creativity in a supportive and heartfelt environment.”
